Boxing 1 - Fundamentals + Flow

Perfect for Beginners | Light Intensity | No Mitts - New to boxing? This intro class eases you into the sport with smooth, technical drills focused on form, not fitness. Using heavy bags, you'll learn foundational movements, proper stance, footwork, and simple combos. No mitt work, no pressure—just the essentials in a supportive environment. Great for first-timers or anyone looking to master the basics at a chill pace.

Boxing 2 - Skills + Sweat

Novice Level | Medium Intensity | 1 Round of Mitt Work - Take your training to the next level. Expect fast-paced rounds on the bags and 1 round of focused mitt work to improve timing and accuracy. It’s a solid challenge without being overwhelming.

If you want to train hard and hone your craft, this is your ring.
